Dug this up somewhere… Something I wrote sometime ago, in a different context and for a different purpose which was then poignant but is now pointless.
Dreams are funny things; sometimes happy, sometimes sad, sometimes unimaginably weird and confusing. In a strange fascinating way, dreams enable even the drabbest person in the world to have some much desired colour and liveliness, albeit in a made-up world of unintelligibly connected, seemingly disjointed events and images – seemingly because as nonsensical as some dreams may be, it perhaps does contain a logic that is either too advanced or too naïve for us to comprehend. Sometimes, dreams can even be inspiring or conversely, devastating.
I don’t think I quite like Dreaming. Yet I do. If you know what I mean.
