So there I was today, driving to work as usual, when at the junction of Balmoral and Dominion, gazing through the Light Marlboro cloud, I see a chap with an extendable windscreen wiper and a spray-bottle of cleaning liquid, walking out to a car that just stopped at the set of lights, asking the driver whether a windscreen cleansing is in order.
